 in the wine-making process!

Bottling wine        

All you need to do is to come in and choose which wine variety you would like to make.  After the simple startup process, Klondyke Winemakers will "baby-sit" the wine in their store during the four, six or eight week process.  During this period they will "rack" the wine and notify you when it is ready to be bottled.  You can also buy wine or beer making equipment and take the kits home.

All wines are made from different types of grape juice and concentrates. Varietals available include red wines such as Barolo, Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir; and white wines such as Chardonnay, Luna Blanca and Sauvignon Blanc.

Kits are also available for the Island Mist® line of summer beverages, and Barron's Premium Beer®.
Special bottling arrangements are available if required, call for an appointment.
